Product specification, volume, availability and delivery or collection arrangements are confirmed for each order.

Zimbabwe is the primary market for Patsime’s fuel business. Relationships across Southern Africa support sourcing and the assessment of suitable regional opportunities. Cross-border requirements are considered individually according to supply route and commercial conditions.

Define the requirement
Share product, litres, location and required date. Add grade or specification where known.
Agree the commercial basis
Patsime confirms supply arrangement, price, payment terms and applicable conditions in writing.
Register and confirm
Provide the required business information and confirm the order. Existing customers may include their Watsmen customer reference.
Settle and receive supply
Dispatch, release and delivery or collection follow the confirmed arrangement and its documentation.
Payment arrangements. Prepayment is standard, with cleared funds confirmed before dispatch or release. Payment on Delivery may be approved after the order, payer and available funds have been verified; full cleared payment is required before discharge or irreversible product release. Post-delivery credit is not offered.
