There is one shared list of open positions for candidates and recruiters. On each job description, choose Request recruiter access to carry that role into your enquiry.

Permission comes first

Confirm that each candidate has agreed to be introduced to Watsmen for the role and to have their CV and relevant details shared. Explain how their information will be shared through the submission route provided by Watsmen.

Do not include candidate CVs or personal candidate details in the initial access request. Once approved and commercial terms are agreed, submit each candidate separately and share only information needed to assess role fit.
