Recruiter process

Work that starts
with a real need

Our purpose is to engineer valuable solutions. That begins with understanding the whole system, identifying what matters most and bringing the right capabilities together.

As we build the Group, there is an opportunity to help shape its capabilities and ways of working. We value people who care about the quality of the work, the evidence behind a decision and the usefulness of the result.

What we value

Judgement. Rigour. Responsibility.

01

Sound judgement

Understand the requirement. Ask good questions. Use evidence to make decisions, and be clear about what is still unknown.

02

Work that stands up

Bring rigour to the detail. Consider safety, performance and the practical conditions in which a solution has to work.

03

Shared responsibility

Work across disciplines, share knowledge and take ownership of your contribution. Raise concerns early and treat people with respect.
